The 2nd Level Assurance is a vital function of GNOC in GSC India. He or She is responsible for the end-to-end 2nd Level technical support for the issues arising in Managed Services Customers’ cellular network!

- Ensure configuration/ Changes / Upgrade/Update on various Ericsson Core- nodes MSS/MGW/BC/BSP through CR on daily basis.
- Ensure Password policies, security policies and audits are accurately & periodically followed.
To be successful in the role you must have
- Good Technical Knowledge of the specific CORE nodes viz. Ericsson CS core.
- Understanding of all Processes, routines activities and partner management.
- Hands on experience on Ericsson MSS MGWMSSBCBSPGSM & Volte call flows.
- Education: B.E / B-Tech. in Electronics & Communications.
- Experience: 4-6 years in CS Core DOMAIN.
